Perry Harward - A massage therapist that helps people change their body to move with less pain and more flexibility.
I start each morning with a positive attitude. I look forward to my day and find inspiration wherever I look. I want to share with you a small tidbit of information . It is a great secret on how to keep a positive attitude and outlook on life every day, every hour and every minute.
I learned this the hard way because I was getting into an awful funk. Things were just not going the way I planned or fast enough for me. I am a talented massage therapist and should have every hour filled with wonderful work that I can do for people. This affected my attitude and my outlook. It is not the way I wanted to be.
I started to look for ways to keep a positive attitude. It is difficult to help people find solutions and make a difference in their lives if you are stressed out and have a sour disposition.
The key to a positive attitude is being thankful and grateful for what I have and will have. I invest my emotional energy into believing what I want to be true as if were true. I keep working on this until I can feel it.
We will have something to post here shortly. Keep checking back.
