Courtesy & Salon Policies
The staff at Salon du Monde goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. We have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.
Courtesy Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
It is our policy to require a major credit or debit card, gift certificate, or coupon code to schedule all appointments. We require a 24 hour advance notice for single service items, and a 48 hour notice for multiple service or spa packages to cancel or re-schedule. As a courtesy to you, we will call back to reschedule any cancelled or missed appointments. Cancellations will not be accepted by email. You must call to cancel any appointment. Pleas have your schedule with you to reschedule your appointment. If you call on Sunday or Monday, please leave a detailed voicemail message with your name, number to reach you, and the time/date of your appointment. The following fees must be paid in the event that you do not call or show up for your scheduled time:
- No-call / No-show: 75% of your scheduled services
- Same day time re-schedule: a 25% premium will be added to your service if you re-schedule a time for the same day as your current appointment.
Confirmation Calls:
If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
Children Policy:
Returned Checks:
Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
Walk-Ins:
We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.
Fees:
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
Please Note - Credit for salon services is not an option, including post dated checks. All checks will be deposited daily and any insufficient checks will incur a $25.00 service charge. We accept all major credit cards.
