About Waxing and Hair Removal
Waxing is a method of permanent hair reduction which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for two to eight weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back, abdomen and feet. There are many types of wax suitable for removing unwanted hair.
Waxing Benefits
There are many benefits to waxing versus other forms of hair removal. It is an effective method to remove large amounts of hair at one time. It is a long-lasting method. Hair in waxed areas will not grow back for two to eight weeks. When hair is shaved or removed by depilatory cream, the hair is removed at the surface rather than the root. Within a few days, the hair can be seen at the surface. With these methods, hair tends to grow back in a rough stubble. Areas that are repeatedly waxed over long periods of time often exhibit regrowth that is softer.
Before waxing tips

Make sure that the area which you intend to wax does not have any wounds, skin rashes, acne

Do not shave the desired spot before waxing. Your hair should be at least 1/4″ long, any hairs shorter than that will not get pulled out.

Do not book a brazilian or bikini wax while experiencing your premenstrual cycle.

Bring white (non-dyed undergarments)
After waxing Tips
- No hot showers, hot tub for at least 12 hours.
- It is not recommended to have dyed undergarments (use white only)
- No exfoliating for 24 hours (includes peels and microdermabrasion)
- No tanning or wet room services for 72 hours to one week.
